ULTRASOUND-GUIDED PROCEDURES
Alter Médica is committed to the training of professionals who treat musculo-skeletal system diseases and offers them a course on various pathologies that may require the use of ultrasound-guided percutaneous punctures. This certified training course on ultrasound-guided procedures involving the musculo-skeletal system consists of several modules with content structured by anatomical area and educational videos on different types of procedures to offer practical support throughout each module.
Module 3 is now available on less frequent and difficult-to-use ultrasound-guided procedures for healthcare professionals to take the corresponding examination and obtain the required certificates, a challenge for those wishing to improve their technique in the various ultrasound-guided procedures during their daily clinical practice.
NEUROPATHIC PAIN COURSE
From Alter Médica, and with the aim of continuing to contribute to the training of healthcare professionals, we have developed this project coordinated by Dr. Pedro Gargantilla (Internal Medicine Specialist at El Escorial Hospital), focused on Neuropathic Pain.
It consists of an accredited online course, the modules of which will be activated throughout the year 2021, and with which we want to contribute to reinforcing the knowledge about neuropathic pain and its existing treatments
ADO MEDICAL
ADOmedical is a NEW PLATFORM through which Alter Médica offers professionals the chance to publish clinical cases related to different therapeutic areas: ARTHROSIS, NP PAIN and OSTEOPOROSIS. A multidisciplinary committee of experts will assess the added value of the cases uploaded by professionals from different specialities related to the areas in question. Once the cases have been published, they will help these professionals to develop their curriculum, as they are classified as digital publications with an ISSN code. ADOmedical will also act as a repository of images and cases related to these areas. ADOmedical uses a system of professional validation of doctors.
